On the second floor of the 1893 portion of the inn, is a cozy room decorated in soft blue, sage, and white. Relax in the wing chair or step through the sliding glass doors onto the long balcony overlooking the Ellis River while you sip a refreshing afternoon drink in the sunshine. The bath has a triangular jacuzzi for two with waterfall faucet. TV with VCR.

Flume Gorge
This guest room may be configured as a room or as a two room suite. The east facing green and rose bedroom features a wrought iron queen bed, easy chair, TV/VCR/DVD, and cream wood stove (electric). There is a Jacuzzi for two in the bath. Sliding glass doors open onto a balcony with beautiful mountain views across the valley. The room also is available as a suite with an adjoining sitting room with a daybed (and trundle pull out), second TV/DVD, bathroom, and separate balcony. The suite provides privacy ideal for families with teenage or adult children or just more room for you to relax and enjoy your stay. Suite configuration is not available mid May - mid October.

Bridal Veil Falls
This romantic first floor guest room is a favorite among many guests. Morning sunlight streams in through the sliding glass doors that open onto a private patio facing the mountains. The soft cream, peach and greens of the room accent the king four poster cherry rice bed. A comfy love seat at the foot of the bed is perfect for watching a flick on the flat screen TV/DVD/VCR, listening to your favorite music on the CD player, or just gazing dreamily at the flames in the corner gas fireplace. Franconia Falls
Across the hall from the Bridal Veil Falls room, Franconia Falls has a patio that adjoins the pool area and sauna. The room, decorated in rich ivory, gold, and black, features a romantic queen canopy bed, gas fireplace, and luxurious chaise lounge. Look for the 'Foxy Lady' who is waiting to sooth your stresses away with her warmth. Amenities include CD Player, flat screen TV/VCR/DVD, and bath with Jacuzzi for two.

Thoreau Falls
A spacious third floor room decorated in blue tones with a king four poster cherry rice bed, highboy, wood burning fireplace with antique mantel, and TV/DVD. Put your feet up on the ottoman and contemplate Thoreau's philosophy (or just listen to the soothing sounds of the river) while you warm your toes and relax in one of the chairs beside the fireplace. Paradise Falls
A two room suite in the 1893 portion of the inn with one of the original wood-burning fireplaces in the bedroom. Watch the glow of the embers from the maple king sleigh bed, surrounded by the warm color of the 19th century woodwork and the sounds of your favorite CD. The intimate sitting room has a comfy sofa and flat screen TV/DVD/VCR. Step out the door onto a private section of the south facing balcony overlooking the river or relax in the triangular Jacuzzi for two with waterfall shower in the bath. Pearl Cascade
A spacious room with amenities arranged around the central three-sided gas fireplace. The restful pale blue and warm beige color scheme complements the king cherry Euro-bed. The jacuzzi for two with waterfall shower features a window overlooking the Ellis River as well as a view of the fireplace. Enjoy an afternoon retreat in the easy chairs or on the private balcony overlooking the river and mountains. TV/VCR/DVD and CD Player. Pearl Cascade is located a few steps from the main inn building and is one of the two newest guest accommodations.

Sparkling Cascade
Similar to Pearl Cascade in arrangement and has a burgundy and creamy beige color scheme. You can watch the flickering of the three-sided gas fireplace from the king four poster cherry bed, the comfortable easy chairs, or the jacuzzi for two with waterfall shower, which also features a view of the river. The private balcony overlooking the river and mountains provides the ideal space for relaxing with the river's soothing sounds. TV/VCR/DVD and CD Player. Sparkling Cascade is located across the parking area from the main inn building. It is a first floor room accessed by a deck with several steps.

Ellis River Cottage
Separate from the main inn building, this romantic two-story cottage for two was converted from the original ice house on the property. Your private patio overlooks the river and offers an ideal place for enjoying the sights and sounds of nature that surround you. The first floor of the cottage has a sitting area, jacuzzi for two with window overlooking the river, bath with shower, small refrigerator, microwave and TV/VCR/DVD.
